Indoor Hockey in Torroella de MontgríDear reader,
We played this sport for some years until we could not find opponents...
They were too far away in cities like Barcelona on a 140 kms. from here, not to mention Madrid where field-hockey -and life itself by the way- is a different kettle of fish altogether.
This Stand on the 700 years old 'Fira de Sant Andreu' gave some information. The Townhall did what it could looking
for continuity and help. But that was not how the cookie crumbled in the year 1986 in Spain and / or Catalonia...
But we, the players, the trainer, the referees, the parents, the teacher of gymnastics had a great time !
